Praying for patience each and everyday

Hello Everyone,
I went from ten letters to five when I married. Taking the traditional route, I understand those choosing to keep their maiden name or hyphenate. What baffles me is why one cannot remember the name they use when dropping items for service. Smith-Jones is easy to find but not if you dropped off using Lamontagne. True story, but the names have been changed to protect the - no, they are not innocent.
Hectic Saturday morning the call comes in checking if two bikes are ready: one red, one blue. I can't find your first or last name under the service section though I see a purchase from four years ago. I'll investigate and call you back. I question every employee. I check all the bikes on hooks in the back in case these two are not tagged. At times, we do make mistakes. No luck. Heeding the suggestion to call another store, I find his repairs complete. Customer took bike in for service elsewhere yet wants to know why we haven't called him. Busy day and I have an hour into this investigation. "Oh yeah" he says, but not sorry I kept you searching once he realized his mistake.
Praying for patience as I am hung up on. Can't find name in computer by first or last name. Brought the box in yesterday and wants to know if it's complete. As I furiously search all options, CLICK. Must have realized he took the box to another store.
When does my patience end? At times I feel like at 63 years, 3 months, 3 days, and 3 hours I may reach my limit. And yet amongst all the hecticness and people not using their heads someone walks in to light up the day. Her physical hardships have not diminished her kindness, positivity, and determination. She thanks me and I am grateful knowing the good outweighs the bad.
